Connecting ChatBooker to Cliniko — 10-minute setup guide

Why connect them

Cliniko handles your patient records and clinical notes. ChatBooker handles the front-of-house — calls, texts, missed bookings. Together they cover the full patient lifecycle.

Steps

1. In ChatBooker, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Click "Connect Cliniko".
3. Paste your Cliniko API key (Cliniko → Profile → API keys).
4. Pick which practitioners and services ChatBooker can book for.
5. Done. Bookings made in conversation will land in Cliniko in real time.

That's it. Most clinics finish in under 10 minutes.

What happens next
